Bridal Bouquet

Ever wondered, why the bride has a bridal bouquet? It wasn't always that way. In earlier times, they used strong-smelling herbs to keep away the evil spirits, which they were carrying in their hair and later as a bouquet.

The meaning of flowers for the bride are of course fertility. Also did each flower meant something special... but nowadays... each bride chooses what she likes best, what fits her outfit and flowers she likes.

Personally, I like it natural (meaning "simple" flowers) or small bouquets... but of course it is nice to see all kinds of.... again... every bride has to find her own taste :)

Stupid neighbours

OK.. now I really have to tell you about my stupid neighbours... I have a guard dog (Dobie).. so.. a guard dog is supposed to bark when someone is coming too close to the door.. and she is supposed to bite when someone is breaking into the house. I think we agree on that.. right?

Now, my neighbours.. all know that my dog guards the house.. they know she barks.. and you know what.. they have nothing better to do and sit on my stairs.. (I have 3 steps leading to my door, to my private house).. and somehow.. ALL the neighbours find my stairs just sooo perfect to sit on.. and then.. my dog starts barking.. and you know what my idiotic neighbours do?? Leave.. haha.. you think wrong... no. they start banging at the door... and scream at my dog to "shut up"... well the one who should "shut the fuck up" and leave the door is them... fucking retards... sorry for the f* word.. but I am soo angry... it is 9pm now.. and they were sitting in front of the door for almost an hour.. my dogs were all going crazy.. and I am just mad.. and.. telling them to leave.. does just not help.. even when you tell them that you are going to call the police... they don't care..

I am honestly thinking.. of just letting my dog out.. "kill" one of them.. and then there will be peace.. lol.. yes.. I am mean.. I don't care.. i am pissed... really... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Friday the 13th!!! buahhhh

It is once more Friday the 13th... well... a lot of people are scared of this day and date... I am not.. this is actually a good day for me...

You might ask me now.. why is that a lucky day for you... here some reasons:

• In Judaism, 13 signifies the age of maturity (bar mitzvah) for boys



• According to the Torah, G-d has 13 attributes of Mercy



• In Judaism, 13 is considered a lucky number. One explanation for this is that the word אחד echad, Hebrew for 'one' and thus a way of describing the unique God, has the numerological value of 13 according to the Gematria system.
  Also is 13 the numerological value of אהבה Love.



• Genesis: Sixth day (Friday): God lets the earth bring forth Land animals, and God calls them good. Man and woman are created in God's image. They are told to "be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it." Humans and animals are given plants to eat. The totality of creation is described by God as "very good".



• Shabbat begins before sundown Friday night and ends at after nightfall Saturday night

Another reason for me.. my first, middle and family name together is the numerological value of 169, divide that by 13 and you get.. yes exactly .. 13!!! :)

So you see.. the number 13 and also Friday are good things.. no need to be scared.. ;)

Nails

Ok, I have to start buying magazines again... get an update on "summer nail fashion".... lets just hope.. they won't be as ugly as last summer.... yiecks.. it gives me the .. well you know.. :)

And finally there is more work again in that field.. summer is wedding time.. so people need nice nails... nice feet... and I have more work... :)


Oh talking about work... didn't hear back from the job I had an interview about 3 weeks ago... this is soo typical here in Israel.... if they don't want you, they don't even bother calling you... gosh I hate that.... but then.. I am getting busy with waxing and manicure/pedicure.. so .. that will be a fun summer :)

Puppy

So yesterday my Puppy got fixed.. poor thing.. she is still so short.. she has some problems jumping.. it does hurt her.. :( But... she will be ok and I am happy that my vet told me, that Puppy won't get much bigger.. she is now around 25 lbs and will stay small.... We were all worried she might become a huge dog about the size of a Boxer or just very bully like an Amstaff. I wonder..... she does have Boxer and Amstaff in her.. but what else.. that keeps her sooo small... she might actually have Beagle in her.. who knows.. :)

I will post some pics hopefully tomorrow... so you see how cute she got.. and she is soo friendly and everyone just loves her... She looks like a bat... lol... ah I love her sooo much. :)

Shoeshopping...

Well.. spring finally has started to show it's friendly face.. and got me into the mood of shoeshopping... (not, that I actually need an excuse for that.. lol)

So, I bought "only" 6 pairs... 3 kinda "normal" one... and 3 very very special ones... one from YSL, one from Prada and one from Dior... ah.. i am sooo happy... I look at them all day long and tell them, just how much I am in love with them.. ;)

Almost weekend again...

So, tonight.. we switch to "summer time" too.. like the rest of the world.. haha... When I woke up this morning it was 5.20am.. and the sun was already kinda getting out... tomorrow.. that will be only at 6.20am.. gee... I can't walk the dogs in the dark... no fun...

Other than that.... nothing really new in my life.. still waiting for that call ... just to hear.. "sorry, but we hired someone else"...

I should go and buy jeans and shoes and a shirt today... I also have to go and get the dog bones... hmm.. so no money left for jeans and shoes and shirt... again... ah well... maybe next... year?? lol...

OK, so the job further away... did of course not get back to me... with a "Plan B".. seems they found someone who was willing to work 24/7 ... well... I admire those people who have no life outside work...

The other job.. well... still waiting... I really hope I get that job... it sounded very nice and I would love to work in a team again... I loved it so much.

Looking for a Job

OK, so I am again searching for a job... Had two interviews on Sunday and they both went actually very well... Now, here's the thing. The job which is far away, less paid and more hours... is the job I got... The other job.. is still on hold.. and I'll only know in about a week or so...

If I take the job I got accepted to... I will be working at least 50-60 hours a week and earn around $1000... I need to get a car... work 6 days a week.. have no time for private stuff, like going to the bank, post office or doctor... and what about going to the Vet? I would not have enough time for my animals...

So, after two days of thinking... I made the decision on not taking that job, hoping for the other one.. and if I won't get it... well then I'll keep looking.

I will not "abandon" my animals for a job.. no way....

So.. keep your fingers crossed.. that I get the other job... and make good money, work normal hours and have 2 days off :)

Emma

Mein kleines Baby Emma ist doch tatsaechlich schon rollig/rammlig/in heat.. hahahaha. Was die kleine rum Miaut.. ist echt nicht im Kopf auszuhalten.. geee.. someone get me out of here... Dabei war sie doch erst noch sooo ein kleines Baby.. oh...

Naja.. wir gehen am Dienstag zum Vet und dann wird sie sterilisiert und gut ist. Armes Vieh, weiss vermutlich gar nicht, was mit ihr passiert und meine "Kater" findens natuerlich super.. Typisch Mann... sogar ohne "Balls" immer spitz.. hahaha

Tja.. werd mal ein paar Fotos von meiner Kleinen machen und reinstellen... das Foto oben ist Emma im Alter von etwa 5 Tagen.

Just Pink

I am sure, every single girl has been thinking at least once in her life.. how her wedding dress would look like.. well.. I am not a big fan of the "wedding gown" thingie... but.. there is one thing I know for sure.. mine would be in pink.. (well... IF I ever get married... lol)

So, I surfed the net.. and found some nice dresses.. (OK, I don't think, I would wear any of them.. because I like it very simple.. and prefer beautiful shoes... )

Anyways.. here some nice ones.. and of course.. they are all in pink :) Cause : PINK IS PIMP!!!
